I had rhinoplasty two weeks ago and wanted to know if talking constantly ((I have to for my job) affect the healing and swelling process? And when does your smile go back to normal?

Talking after rhinoplasty does not affect the healing

Talking after rhinoplasty especially two weeks post surgery will not affect the healing process. The nose takes time to heal and many activities will aggravate the healing process i.e. exercise, excessive heat, sun exposure, etc..talking does exercise the facial muscles so when off of work relax and take a break from talking. As far as the smile is concerned this really depends on the patient and the procedure done. Typically you should see a marked improvement within the next two weeks... more
