I keep reading about excess visceral & adipose fat equals increased insulin. Increased insulin promotes more fat. Ironicallly & unfortunately, insulin resistant people like me have to lose weight in order to lose weight. And the weight they gain promotes more weight gain. So I thought, "What if I got my fat permanently removed by way of liposuction?" So in addition to my Metformin, would it be entirely crazy of me to get abdominal liposuction in an effort to ameliorate insulin resistance? Thanks
