Doctor Recommendation in Sydney for Jaw Implants

I have searched many places and been to consultations but still have not found a doctor in Sydney who does jaw implants. Will I have to travel in order to find a doctor who does? I Do not want Juvederm! Everywhere I have gone has suggested i use dermal fillers but I'm so sick of hearing it. I have used juvederm on my cheeks and was dissatisfied with the result, and I hate the idea of not having something that lasts and needing to maintain it.
