My dentist has indicated that I will need all my wisdom teeth removed later this year. Can I see a plastic surgeon to have my buccal fat pads removed at the same time? If I'm going to look swollen then I'd rather do it all at once! :) If it's possible, which procedure should I do first?

Buccal fat removal ideally should be done in patients that have completed their normal growth. Performing the surgery while the body is still growing could affect the shape of the face in a way that might not be predictable.
