Hi, I am currently 9 days post op and just had my cast taken off 2 days ago. I know a majority of people complain about nose swelling at this stage, but my eyes appear different after surgery. They now appear very wide set and almost hooded, pre-surgery the inner corners of my eyes were visible but and they were almond shaped, now the inner corners are hidden by a fold of skin and they appear smaller, is this just swelling? is it loose skin that hasn't tightened back? I'm very worried!

This is not normal! See your surgeon; if you're not satisfied get a second opinion. I don't have any other recommendations but I'm adding this because the this program requires that I respond with at least 100 characters.
At 7 weeks post open rhinoplasty, swelling is expected. The swelling may alter the shape of your nose. I would share my concerns with your surgeon and follow all post-op instructions. Give it some time before any decisions are made.
You must wait until full consolidation and recovery happens, and then the rhinoplasty surgeon will be able to diagnose what is wrong as sequels of your traumatism and what you like to change in your nose.
