I have a swollen part in between nose and upper lip that is in philitrum from birth.Its a kind of cleft lip.But there is no opening between mouth and nose.When i was infant this was big red color swollen part, but as doctor said tht it will decrease by growth. Now it has reduced almost but not full. Since i am 27 yrs old female lady i feel gulty when i look at mirror. So can u plz advice me which treatment is good for this and also the cost for this treatment.
