Swollen ankles and genital area after Smart Lipo?
My ankles are swollen after abs, chest and flank Smart Lipo. Also, my genital area is slightly swollen and has some blood in it. I assume my fluids are just draining down. should I be concerned? What should I do? Any special diet, exercise or drinks? Massage? How tight should my vest be and how tight should my ab wrap be?
