~Caucasian female ~Small, close set eyes ~Disproportionate to face Is there a surgery which gives the impression of wider eyes without moving the hollows of them? I saw what an epicanthoplasty does, but I was looking for a surgery which does the opposite, or where I could cover my tear ducts, while keeping a relatively Caucasian look to it. Would a horizontal Canthoplasty widen them at the sides while making them angular? Is this realistic&possible? Would it make them look larger&wider?
