Swimming/Snorkeling on the Water Surface Five Weeks After Orbital Floor Fracture?

Per the CT Scan of my orbital floor fracture: "The fracture defect measures approx. 12mm in transverse dimension. No fluid in paranasal sinuses. Herniation of fat through the fracture defect but the left inferior rectus muscle is in anatomic pos. The doctors recommended no surgery, and not to blow my nose for 1-2 more months. It has been 4 weeks. Can I get in the water (float in ocean or pool) at week 5? With a snorkeling mask and/or nose clip, would water harm my eye if I don't blow my nose?
