Early swelling with Restylane and other hyaluronic acid fillers is common and usually takes a few days to a week or so to go away down to the actual filler amount that remains for several months as a correction. Restylane and all hyaluronic acids work by filling an area but maintain this look for some time because of the breakdown of the product by water. The water causes the swelling as well as the initial "trauma" of the procedure. Give it some time. It probably will take a few days to a few weeks.
