Swelling and Hardness? (photo)

I am in a full compression binder from a panniculectomy I had done on Sept 26 I initially had just the single binder that wrapped around but had developed a small seratoma on the right and due to the swelling my Dr thought it best to wear the compression garment, it has helped in the general swelling however the only area that stays swollen and feels hard to the touch is right over the vaginal area its not painful when I touch it just uncomfortable as if my bladder is swollen ?
