Swelling After Active FX

Thank you for your question. Swelling is a normal temporary side effect after Active FX. Everybody heals differently and swelling can last up to a week. I would elevate the head of bed when you're sleeping to decrease swelling. Ice packs or cool packs may be helpful. Reduce salt from your diet as this my impact swelling as well. I hope this helps.
