Hi, I have very uneven buttock implants. Both of them are placed submuscle. 500cc. You can really see the implants ALOT! Even though they are placed under the muscle. I want to take them out and place bigger wider implants subfascial in stead. My current implants are located muuuch to high and it doesent look good at all +uneven placed. Can I replace my submuscle imlants with smaller submsucle implants with lower rofile and on top put wider implants subfascial? (I wanna get as big as I can)
