Can Surgisil Work As a Fat Filler for Someone with Parry Romberg Disease?

I was told a common hard implant would show through the skin because I do not have enough fat on side of face to hide implant. many doctors dont feel comfortable even trying anything other then fat injection which I have already. these are costly and dont seem to stay for more then a few weeks.
