I have old and very deep stretch marks from my pubic line to my belly button and noticed that if I gently spread the skin apart from the left and right, it makes the stretchmarks nearly vanish! Is there a surgical procedure that creates that same affect? Such as tightening the skin by pulling it from side to side towards the waist and making vertical incisions to remove excess skin instead of pulling it from top to bottom? If so, what is it called and what would it cost?
