Are there any surgical ways to reduce the size of my eyes?

I have big eyes due to genetics (my mother has big eyes) and I've always felt quite insecure about them. Is there a possible way to reduce the size or make them look better? I don't particularly like my upper eyelids as they have lines on them and make me look much older than I am. I'm 18 years of age.
