Surgical Removal of Tissue After Long-Term Facial Filler Use

I have been getting various types of facial fillers for the past ten years to get rid of drooping look under eyes (not eye bags but more on the top half of cheekbones.) After years of success and a "perfect" look I developed a protruding ridge on one check. After trying many minimally invasive drugs/injections to make the area look flat he feels our only alternative is to cut the skin ( which will cause a scar), remove tissue and ultimately inject my own fat in the cheek. Thoughts?
