Which surgical procedure will best help define my chin & jawline? (photo)

Hello, I'm a fairly average 22 year old, could do with losing some weight, but not majorly out of shape. However my chin & jawline are awful, and as per the pictures. Which surgical procedure would suit me best and give me a more defined jawline and less of a double chin! Thanks.

Chin implant and neck liposuction to define chin and jawline

The combination of a chin implant and neck liposuction will give a better jawline and chin definition. Chin implants are manufactured in a variety of sizes and shapes, are inserted through a submental approach under local anesthesia. The liposuction the neck can also be performed under local anesthesia as well.

You appear to be a good candidate for chin implant and submental liposuction.  I think it would enhance your profile.

You would probably benefit and get the most from jaw advancement. This procedure will create everything you are asking for.

The most complete treatment involvesvtge underlying bone structures and the soft tissue. So ramal abd sliding genioplasty along with submandibular liposuction.
