Surgical Options for Dark Circles Under Eyes

I'm a 40 year old male. Looking at the photo, what would you consider would be the best surgical options providing long term results. What would be the recovery time before one could go back to work?

Darkness under eyes
From the photo it appears that the darkness under your eyes is mostly due to the shadow from hollowness around the eyes. Your best bet is probably coverage of the bone rim under the eye with injectable filler or fat from elsewhere on the body. The lower lid does not appear to be puffy enough to have enough fat to cover the bone rim with lower eyelid fat.
