Am I a Candidate for Non-Surgical Nose Surgery For Retracted Nostrils? What's the Cost?

My nose has retracted nostrils. They are most noticeable when looking at my nose from the front. Can non-surgical fillers lower my retracted nostrils? Also, what would the cost of such a procedure be?
