Non-surgical rhinoplasty will not help a wide nose
Adding more volume will not improve the appearance of your nose. Please consult a plastic or facial plastic surgeon for assessment.

Injectable Fillers would not be helpful for narrowing your nose.
If you're concerned that your nose is too wide, adding volume with a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty treatment would only make your nose wider. You may want to consult a reputable rhinoplasty surgeon to see what might be best for you.
