I have followed the guidelines given to me by my surgeon and nutritionist. I lost weight prior to the surgery date and a week before my surgery I was told that I would have to correct my THS level prior to surgery. Is this common practice? My surgeon was well aware 6 mths prior that my pcp and I were correcting this issue. Unfortunately, it’s taking some time to find the correct dosage.
