Surgery at Orbital Bone and Upper Jaw Bone (photos)

Dear Sir,
I was met with an accident Six year ago and a surgery have been conducted during that time on my face ( Right Side Below Right Eye & Nose) & a Surgery has been conducted above my ear for adjusting the bone.

I have two implants now in my face and nobody suggested me that the implants has to be removed after rejoining of the bone (i.e After 6 Months of the Surgery).

My Current Problem:

1. I feel some little pain and Vibrations at the lower implant(Above my upper Jaw) when i am talking.

2. I feel periodic pain above my ear ( Right Side) Where surgery has been conducted for adjusting the jaw bone.

3.I feel pain in my Right ear from last one month.

4.My Right eye vision(A thin black layer is objecting my clear vision and brightness) was 40% came down after the accident and there is no improvents in vision even after surgery to till date.

5.My Left year hearing 40% came down after the accident and there is no improvents in vision even after surgery to till date.

so, doctor please suggest me what i have to do now, i am very much affraid of this pains, and vibrations, i need your vauable advice regarding this.

I have attached my recent X-ray reports for reference.

Please do the needful, awaiting for your reply.
