What Surgery Can Be Done to Fix my Jaw Asymmetry and Chin Alignment? (photo)

I'm 18, male, and have noticed that I have jaw asymmetry. A year ago I finally decided I would undergo surgery. Recently, I've been gradually developing a discomforting pain in my right jaw and a subtle, but constant, headache on my right temple (Left on photo). I've chewed on my right side my whole life. Do I have TMJ or any type of craniosynostosis? What can be done to fix my jaw pain/asymmetry? Overall it seems my right side (forehead to jaw) has been smudged and flattened, what can be done?
