Do I need surgery or can I fix BBL results with exercise?

After getting Brazilian butt lift done 3 years ago, 3 weeks after, I noticed that 1 of my gluteus became smaller & the other took an awkward shape & looks a bit pointy. I have a little bit of lose skin on my lower abdomen and if I should get the procedure again to fix my butt, I'll lose elasticity. I weight 124 and don't have much fat to transfer. I'd rather exercise, but will that correct the disproportion? Do I need bbl again to correct my gluteus or might exercise correct it?
