Surgery to Enlarge Eye Opening? (photo)
Hi I'm 35,asian with Eurasian descent. It may look like a lazy-eye but it's more a bony problem ard my orbital rim/forehead area which made my right eye look"depressed"(pictures). When gazing up,it looks freaky. Blepharoplasty didn't help. My right forehead bone is also more depressed&athropic than the left side(i have sensation of lifetime pressure on right eyeball & myopia on right eye).Pls advise any surgery to fix my eye opening?Wish to have larger& more awake eyes..TIA

This appears normal and I see nothing that suggests or would warrant an aggressive surgery on the orbital bones.

From frontal gaze, you have a very normal appearance. I am not sure that I would consider any other more drastic operations to change the bony orbits.
