How Soon Should a Surgeon Redo Blepharoplasty when Results Are Clearly Asymmetrical?

Blepharoplasty was performed 4 weeks ago and the surgeon agrees it is asymmetrical. How soon should the cosmetic surgeon redo the blepharoplasty to correct the asymmetrical eyelids?

It Time

The right upper lid is not as defined as the left but it appears still to be early in the healing phase.  Wait at least 3-6 months.  it is amazing how things can resolve in that time. Dr. ES

Best Time to Revise Upper Lid Lift

For best results of a revision operation, the surgeon and patient need to wait until the skin to be operated on has returned to normal softness and pliability. This varies from person to person and from region to region but may be from 3 to 6 months. Dr. Aldea
