Supraalar Crease? Can Acne Have Caused This? is There a Natural Way to Help This Problem? (photo)

my nose wasnt like this when i was kid. it started when i have moderate acne just on my nose. can squeezing cause this. i think i have supraalar crease, since that side of the nostril is higher,and the skin is "thicker" on that side of the nostril.how do i fix this problem naturally? if i get a nose shaper will it even out the thickness of skin and the sipraalar crease? will it go away when i grow older. im 16years old. i dont wan2 get surgery or anything.
