I bought pre/post surgery specific vitamin and suppliment kit for my plastic surgery, is this recommended? Ill advised? Help

Supplements for surgery
I recommend vitamins with minerals (zinc, magnesium), high protein, and Arnica Montana. Some people believe in Vitamin K products though I don't think they really do anything. Avoid herbal supplements before surgery since they can increase you risks of bleeding. Make sure you tell your surgeon everything you are taking.
