Best Sunscreen for Around Eyes?

Can I use Eucerin SPF Moisturizer over my eyes? It says to "Keep out of eyes" Does that mean no where near or just not INSIDE of eyes? I want to protect my eyes from the sun with sunscreen any good "eye sunscreens"
