Cheek Appears Sunken in After Sleeping

After sleeping face down on a leather couch one night, I woke up with a huge indentation and hollow appearance on my left cheek. I've tried rubbing the area with coconut oil, vitamin e and vitamin a but nothing has worked. This happened two months ago and I still haven't been able to remove the indentation from my face and my left cheek still appears sunken. Help!

Cheek depression

There is no logical explanation for why this would happen. It sounds very unusual. Permanent depressions may benefit from the use of long term fillers. I would recommend that you consider either fat injection (first choice) or something like sculptra.
