Sun Damage, Visible Pores, Heat Rash on Cheeks?

Hi, This summer,after experiencing heat rash,my pores on my cheeks have enlarged.itstill very small compared to those who have visible pores.you can only see them under certain lightings very up close I could tell which patch of skin has been damaged by sun because thesepores sort of make a circle on my cheeks.i guess this is the place that has been damaged because it is redder(+freckles) than other places swell its been 4 months.i see slow improvement.but will these patch of pores ever go away?
