Need Suggestions on a Foundation (Mineral or Liquid)

Im having difficulties finding a foundation (liquid or mineral) that wont leave me looking shiny after only a few hours. Any suggestions of brands you like? Or maybe tips to reduce shine. I have having to blot my skin all day at the office. Thanks!
