Rhinoplasty for nasal fracture repair
When nasal trauma occurs there are multiple issues that can be affected such as a fracture of the nasal bones, dislocating the upper lateral cartilages off of the nasal bones and fracturing of the septum also known as a deviated septum. All of these issues need to be addressed at time of physical examination /consultation. The rhinoplasty procedure would involve osteotomies to narrow and straighten the nasal bones, a spreader graft placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage, rasping any dorsal hump, and making any tip adjustments as necessary. Important to make sure there are no other associated breathing problems and deviated septum which may need to be repaired at the same time. Hump reduction and tip refinement may help with this and a chin implant may be appropriate but cannot be ascertained from present photos. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.

Need for chin implant
A good way for you to asses the value of a chin implant is to look at your side (profile) photo and cover you chin with your thumb. Look at your nose and see if it looks smaller. Then take your thumb away and see what that view does to the appearance of your nose.
A small chin can create a optical illusion the makes the nose look larger. The eye fills in non existant information. If you draw a line on the photo following the profile of your nose and another from the angle of your neck-chin junction through the bottom of your chin you will see the line intersect out in front of your face. That is where the eye is carried.
If you have a right angled neck the neck-chin junction line never intersects and your eye will not follow it and will not be fooled. Sometimes patients seeking rhinoplasty need nothing done to the nose itself - only the chin implant to balance the face.

What to do during rhinoplasty
You might be asking what will look good on me. Surgeons can suggest fixing the dorsum, refining the tip, though such terms are hard to quantify. The best 'what to do' exercise is with computer simulations on your photos to see just what will look good and clearly define the goal. Would be nice too to see what the chin implant ought to look like as well. Seeing is believing.

The photos would indicate the patient would benefit from some work on the dorsum.I could not get a good look at much else.Additional photos would be helpful.
