If you look at the RealSelf listings you can find geographic listings. Most surgeons have websites, and those that offer financing usually state that clearly on the home pages.
Care Credit is one of the larger plastic surgery lenders, and they will also have geographic listings by specialty. You can cross reference using RealSelf or the ASPS website to assure you are getting a board certified plastic surgeon.
