i am suffering under eye swelling past 1year what could be reason and whom should contact eye specialist or physician.before it swelling seem early morning but last few months it seems whole day. so please suggest what should i do.

Morning swelling is common however persistent puffy eyelids may be herniated fat pads and/or loose skin.

Check with a well respected eyelid surgeon in your community for an opinion. If you are healthy otherwise, it may require a simple blepharoplasty, fat pad removal and possibly resurfacing of the skin. You really need to get an expert consultation. If one or more of your parents have the same condition, it is probably inherited baggy eyelids that are just getting worse with time.
