Have any of you had any success with reversing any damage from fraxel repair?

I had fraxel repair 18 months ago, within 4 months I noticed the following:

1) saggy krinkly skin around my eyes

2) the veins in my forhead and temples (for the first time) were very visible.

3) I can not use retin A as it now burns my skin (still) and up until fraxel, I had used it for 24 years.

Have any of you had any success with any products or procedures to correct/reverse any of these awful side effects. THE IRONY: fraxel was supposed to make us look 8 years younger! Its awful what this technology has done to us. I cant believe I fell for it. (If is sounds too good to be true it is!)

The Fraxel Repair Laser is a great laser used properly and for the right reason.

Reading you list of concerns, I don't think the Fraxel Repair Laser treatment is responsible for your problems. I would recommend that you see a board certified dermatologist who is also an expert in all of the current laser technologies to get a consultation regarding your skin and it's needs.

The good doctor is totally WRONG! Maybe he should try it on his face and see what he thinks then. Fraxel does do all that damage plus MORE. It will continue to get worse. It's been two years since my Fraxel Frankenstein Repair. My skin has aged at least 10 years. The pin prick holes begin to break down and connect together forming tiny lines. Fraxel destroyes collagen and elastin. It causes the fat cells to be destroyed. It takes a while to see that damage. NO WAY is this an antiaging treatment. I didn't have a wrinkle on my face before Fraxel. The Manufacturer of this destructive, barbaric device should be sued along with the FDA who approved it and the doctors who use it. Too many victims are complaining of the same kind of damage. These doctors have to be aware of these issues but they are so unethical and so greedy that they continue to destroy peoples lives with this technology from hell. I wish you well. I hope that your outcome is better than mine.

I have the same issues after 4 agressive fraxel treatments! My face is a mess! Large pores, acne, thinning of skin at temples and saggy skin all around my eyes! What a disaster! I look older instead of younger!!! I also got 2 veins pop up by my nose after those fraxels and IPL has not been successful in removing them!!! I want to know what action I can take???
