Can a submental wedge resection, were saggying tissue under chin is excised and tightened, be carrioud out ift here is possibloe internal scarring of the chin tissue. Also can this be used to improve degloving of chin tissue from chin bone, or is it only good for fixing witches chins from age etc? Can this be used to improve witches chin from reduction surgery?
