I have very prominent submandibular glands. I get a muscular 'bullfrog' effect in my submandibular area by pressing my toungue against the roof of my mouth. I have TMJ/bruxism, so my jaw is wide. My jaw gets so tight actually clicks sometimes. I have super taught platismal cords when I smile, etc. I want a cleaner, sharper, but more feminine jaw line. Recommendations? Botox? Is it possible or advisable to remove glandular tissue?
