Subcision for Depressed Scar on Nose Tip?

It can be, but usually with a filler, too.
Sometimes subcision by itself is effective. More often, though, just subcising a scar will fail because the skin will simply re-adhere to the underlying tissue. To prevent this, it's sometimes possible to inject a temporary filler into the pocket created by the subcision to maintain the contour.
