I've Stubborn Cystic Acne Problem. Are There Any Comparable Alternatives To Accutane?

I've taken antibiotics,  than topical treatment, medical face peeling and finnally accutane treatment. Although I had taken 1 complete cures at maximum dose under doctor control, it repeated and second cure started. now I still suffer from acne and accutane treatment is continuing by preserving dose. However I suffer from serious side effects of accutane.
