I am medium brown complexion, I have hyperpigmentation around my waist from belt rash I had years back. I have used different creams over the year - Hq, tretinoin,kojic it reduces little then comes back. I then had series of glycolic peels 70% but that to didnt do much, also my skin never peeled like how i hear others talking about. Now should I go for strong TCA (35-50%) peels, so that it atleast results in some skin peeling, so there is chance of improvement in reducing the pigmentation.
