Possible to Almost Totally Diminish Stretch Marks?

I am a 17-year-old African-American female. I am still weighing my option on laser treatment for stretch mark removal, but my stretch marks are white. I have had them since I was about 11 or 12 and I do not like to wear sleveless clothing. Is there any kind of treatment out there for me?
