How Can I Strengthen Skin After Benzoyl Peroxide Weakened It?

I used benzoyl peroxide 10% all year last year and now I'm getting lots of scars (icepicks/boxcar scars). I know it is the benzoyl peroxide that caused it because I've had acne for over 8 years and didn't have any scarring issues before. Now my skin scars SO easily.

I would like to know how to repair and strengthen my skin? I am NOT interested in procedures such as lasers/dermbrasion/fillers/punch grafts. I just want to make my skin strong again like it was before. Are there any topicals I can use to strengthen my skin and help the current scarring?
