Having Strange Skin Rashes No One Can Diagnose?

After having my son 3 yrs ago i noticed small rashes on the underside of my arm, and side if my torso, i was given creams by Docs and didnt' seem to help, seen a few doc and nothings working, Ive changes Soaps detergents to milds. now I recently have more out breaks on my stomach, going towards my back arms legs,buttocks and 1 on my neck? they are round flat and a little flaky and with my skin color brown, its a darker brown not very itchy i take vitamins and drink water whats going on plz help??
