Strange Horizontal Lines Above Lip After Rhinoplasty

I had primary rhino one year ago. There was septal grafting to provide tip elevation, stability. There are now two obnoxious, horizontal lines beneath the columella. I'm guessing it's pressure or resistance at the nasal base? The nose also tends to click to the right, almost like it's snapping out of place when I laugh hard, or yawn. I have to right it by pressing it back into place, at times. Your thoughts how I might remedy the lines, thoughts re: nasal base issue. Thanks!
