How Can I Stop Weight Loss 6 Years After Surgery?

I weighed 333lbs 6 yrs ago. I am 55 yrs old and 5'8", now I weigh 117 lbs.. I look like a scarecrow. I can not eat a lot of red meat, no pork roast, and a lot of things make me sick. What can I do to gain some weight?
