Can I Stop Accutane if I'm Still Having Break Outs?

In Feb'11,I got alergy frm Doxycyline,then started having more pimples than usual. In May, Other derm gave me total 20 pills of 10mg roaccuttane,dose 1 pill/day, and now another 30 pills of 20mg, dose 1 pill/day. Have break out ever since,acnes getting worse. My derm didn't inform me abt the side effect except for the dry lips so have to drink alot. still have 5 pills of 20mg, and want to stop after they're finish.Can I stop, if still having break out? I only use sunblock now.
