I don't like the feel...implants can be felt to the touch...also I think they look very obvious. My surgeon said it's very early and the swelling is still there...will the look and feel change over time? I'm 5'7 134 lbs...lean with little body fat...would weight gain help with making the implants look more normal...maybe I'm just paranoid !

This is not an expected outcome after buttock augmentation with implants. It is possible these implants will need to be removed or you will require drains to be placed to salvage the implants. See a surgeon who has alot of experience with buttock augmentation ASAP.Dr Del Vecchio
I use spherical buttock implants placed within the gluteus muscle, by this way it is possible to give more volume laterally. More important, try to combine with some fat grafting to the hip area, that will do the trick.
