Seven weeks after buttock implants there might be minor swelling( normal course) .the swelling would mask the implant to a certain degree. If you feel the implant with the swelling there, then as the swelling goes down the implant would be more obvious. Large implants would feel and look more fake.smaller implants put under the muscle is more protected and has more coverage, so the chances of seeing the implant and feeling the implant is less.it is common that patients request the biggest implant available, this is one of the biggest mistakes.
