Will Steroid Injection for Acne Absorb Filler?

I currently had juvederm in my lips and love it! However today I went to the dermatologist for acne around my mouth/chin and they injected a steroid into the area and said that it shouldn't affect my filler. I asked what they meant and she said it shouldn't make it dissolve? I really hope it doesn't, but could this happen? Thanks.

Filler and steroid injections
